Programs Offered

Bachelor of Science in Radiologic Technology

The Bachelor of Science in Radiologic Technology program provides high quality instruction on Radiography, Radiation Therapy, and patient care. Through intensive research, clinical rotations in the university’s own tertiary teaching and training hospital, and hands-on practice with leading edge Radiologic Technology such as X-ray machines, CT scanners, MRI machines, sonogram machines, gamma camera, and 3D medical imaging programs among other computer and web-based software programs, students master the skills on how to use medical imaging to diagnose patients and help in cancer treatment using radiant energies.

While performing these duties, students also learn how to maintain their own and their patient’s safety. They are trained on how to archive x-ray films and apply health laws related to medical imaging. Lastly, they are taught how to perform associated clerical duties, including scheduling and maintaining paperwork for office and clinical machinery.
